Sonics® Sensorex

Sensorex High-Temperature High-Pressure Conductivity Sensor for Boilers

E-mail Print PDF

Sensorex’s new in-line high-temperature and high-pressure CS875 conductivity sensor has been designed especially for use in industrial boilers. This rugged sensor provides accurate, repeatable conductivity measurements at saturated steam conditions up to 600 psig (41.4 bar) and temperatures up to 486°F (252°C) without cooling the process sample.

CS875

Sensorex High-Temperature, High-Pressure Conductivity Sensor for Boilers

The sensor enables continuous automatic blowdown control, minimizing corrosion and scaling. By eliminating excessive blowdown in higher pressure boilers, energy and treatment chemical use can be reduced. The CS875 sensor is designed for use with most makes and models of conductivity transmitters or controllers.

Sensors have 3/4? male NPT mounting threads with a 1” insertion depth for easy installation. Both the body and the measuring pin are constructed of 316 stainless steel. A special thermally resistant PEEK insert and high temperature Perfluoroelastomer o-rings ensure reliability at extreme boiler temperatures. Two models are available to suit application requirements – the CS875HT, and the CS875HTTC with ATC temperature element.

Glass Syringe untuk Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) oil Traformer (minyak trafo)

E-mail Print PDF
Nynas, ABB, Schneider, SGS, Alstom, Duke Energy Omicron, Toshiba Transmission, KEPCO, Gulf Lab, NTPC, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, Adani, Jindal, APTRANSCO, BHEL, L & T, KEPCO, Hong Kong Electric Co Ltd, OEL Check, MARTEC, Rasgas Company Ltd, Transformer Fitness, Power  Steam Inc, Ambatovy – Madagascar, Dario Moreta & Asoc.,S.R.L, WTCL LDA, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL), Al-Ahleia Switchgear Co, Ratnagiri Gas & Power Private Ltd, Rukun Al Yaqeen International LLC.

UVT-LED Sensor

E-mail Print PDF

UV transmittance SensorPortableChannel Mount

Monitoring UV-Transmittance is an important part of UV system control. The Sensorex UVT-LED is the world’s smartest UV-T monitor and incorporates a UV-C LED light-source in place of a conventional mercury lamp. The LED operates at 254nm across a 1cm path length.

Why is measuring UVT Important?

  • Profile water before capital spend on UV system to ensure correct sizing.
  • Save money on power usage and UV system lamp replacement cycles by optimal system operation based on incoming water UVT measurements.
  • Ensure sustem is in compliance.

This ensures extremely stable readings in all conditions, over an extended lifetime. The process unit uses a single lamp and sensor, and our patented wiper auto cal system eliminating or minimizing drift seen in designs using multiple lamps and sensors. The process model can be installed directly into a pipe or open channel. 4-20mA communication allows integration into DAC, PLC or SCADA systems. With the smallest footprint in the industry, it is simple to install.

The handheld version it is ideal for field use. Battery powered, single button interface, no warm-up time required and lightweight construction; this unit features the LED high performance of the process model. With long lamp life, it’s the smartest solution for reliable UVT water testing.

Conductivity Sensor for Sanitary Application

E-mail Print PDF

The 316 stainless steel construction withstands both cleaning in place and steam sterilization processes up to 130°C. Two models CS615 and CS620 are available for 1”-1.5” and 2” tri clamp flanges. For compatibility with a number of instrumentation models, both sizes come with optional automatic temperature compensation (ATC). Pt1000, Pt100, or user specified ATC values are available.
Cell constants offered with the CS615 are 0.01, 0.1 and 1.0, which allow the sensors a wide measurement range in most applications from pure water to general industrial use. Special cell constants are available on request. The sensors come with a 10 foot cable with tinned wire terminations for connection to process monitoring instrumentation.
